By submitting an application for vending at DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All information provided on this application is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Approval of your vendor application does not guarantee a spot at the festival. DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL reserves the right to limit the number of vendors or to deny any vendor application for any reason.

DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment, personal belongings, or inventory that may occur while vending at the festival.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required to operate your vending business at DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL. Proof of these licenses and permits must be provided upon request.

You are responsible for complying with all local and state health and safety regulations. DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL reserves the right to inspect your booth at any time during the festival.

DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL is not responsible for any disputes between vendors or between vendors and festival attendees.

DETROIT BOURBON & BLUES FESTIVAL reserves the right to revoke vendor privileges at any time for any reason.
