Tickets

GA Tasting Experience $50 (before fees & taxes)

VIP Tasting Experience $75 (before fees & taxes)

Payment Terms

10% of all tickets sold using your unique discount code. The payout will be based on your discounted pricing, before fees & taxes. Commission will be paid out within 7 days from the conclusion of the event.

50 sold - (2) VIP Tasting Experience + T-shirt 

100 sold - (4) VIP Tasting Experience + (4) Mixology Course Tickets + T-Shirt + Hat

Affiliate Marketing Program

Terms & Coniditions 

​

1. Program Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Affiliate Marketing Program (“Program”) for the Detroit Bourbon & Blues Festival 2025 (“Event”), operated by the Event Organizer (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to and participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to comply with these terms and any updates provided in writing by the Organizer.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, Affiliates must:​

• Be 21 years of age or older

• Have an active social media presence or promotional platform

• Submit an application and be accepted into the Program

• Reside in the U.S.
   

We reserve the right to approve or deny any applicant at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each valid ticket sale generated through their unique discount code or tracked affiliate link.

• Commission is calculated before any taxes and fees.
   

• Applicable to both GA and VIP ticket types.
   

Sales must be completed before the event date (October 3, 2025) to be eligible.

4. Payout Terms

​

• Commissions will be paid via check within 7 days after the conclusion of the event.
   

• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete payment information by September 30, 2025.
   

• Payouts will only be issued for commissions totaling $25 or more. Balances under this threshold will not be paid out unless requested within 30 days post-event.
   

5. Bonus Rewards

In addition to commission, Affiliates are eligible for milestone-based rewards:

100 TICKETS | (4) VIP Tickets + (4) Mixology Tickets + T-Shirt + Hat

250 TICKETS | 2-Night Stay in Louisville, KY (hotel + bourbon tour)

• Tickets must be attributed to your code or link to qualify.
   

• Physical rewards will be distributed during or before the event.
   

• Travel reward for 250-tier is non-transferable and must be used by December 31, 2026.

  • This prize is limited to the first (2) affiliates to sell over 250 tickets
     

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote the event ethically and accurately
   

• Use only the approved Event assets (graphics, logos, copy, etc.)
   

• Avoid false claims or misleading language
   

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationship (e.g., using “#ad” or “#partner”)
   

We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at any time for inappropriate content, false promotion, or conduct that could damage the event’s reputation.

7. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked via unique discount codes and tracking links assigned by the Organizer.

• Only sales tracked via your assigned code/link will count toward commission and rewards.
   

• No retroactive tracking or reassignment of sales will be permitted.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove an Affiliate from the program at any time for violation of these terms or any form of misconduct. Affiliates may also voluntarily withdraw by notifying the Organizer in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any lost profits, business interruption, or other damages arising from participation in this Program. Participation is at your own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program, its structure, commission rates, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified in writing of any material changes.
